It's obvioius it takes a lot of work, money, and time to overcome the environmental and legal hurdles in California. PIPI and the TMT for Mohave have done their homework, crossed their t's and dotted their i's to get approval from BLM and other regulatory bodies, with extensive cultural and animal studies. Now they have approval for drilling, wells, bulk samlpling, and mill sites. They have geological studies, plans of exploration, reports, etc. This is the real deal. No one spends this kind of time and effort and money on a sham. It isn't worth it. Duh. There's gold here, and lots of it. Good things come to those who wait.
