Moot point. Basically free if you consider the instant profit factor. Couple that with a pending RS and you have a sweetheart of a deal for management and a nightmare for existing shareholders.

I wonder who is getting the other 6.5 Billion? Consultants? HM3?

Cant wait for the next Q because after that its likely going to be showtime at the Sahara Dilution Inn.
