the news release about the financing was a curve ball but I genuinely think you are making a mountain out of a molehill. Today's news and every release since that one have been sound, factual, and easy to interpret.

Valid explainations have been givien for why the curve ball may have arisen.

You could call the company IR and ask, if you do want to believe. If you do not, then that is your prerogative.
