I think NO One should cost average down. In your post you speak about soooo many ups and down that shows the stock's volatility. You of course are somewhat pumping the stock. Posting people to "tap the ask." I am sure you want people to invest to make you money and honestly you don't care if the newcomers lose as long as you win.
