Think about how silly this statement is. If people are only allowed to sell and can't buy, then how can you sell if no one can buy? Also how has volume increased by about 15x since a few weeks ago?

I think they said that in the early 1990's before California became the first state to legalize for medicinal use, and now we have 17 states and D.C. with medicinal programs and more states voting on medicinal use and now 3 states are voting on recreational use. It only takes one state to get the ball rolling as we have seen with California and Medicinal use.
