It's am ammended statement of benefical ownership. Of particular interest is the following:

144,000,000 shares issued to Jabi Inc. (of which the Reporting Person is the sole shareholder and director) upon conversion of $180,000 in principal and interest due under an outstanding convertible note

That's approximately $.00125 per share. An additional144,000,000 shares at a big discount. Never heard of Jabi,Inc. before Hmmm? \V/_
