True, and details won't be worked out till the end of 2013. The coolest part about the law is that if the Department of Revenue (talking about Washington, D.C. now) is if they fail to produce regulations to acquire a business license then one can just have a standard business license and will be allowed to sell marijuana. But then don't forget we are sure to see some sort of resistance from the FEDS but it will be too late and there will be too many stores to arrest shut down and try those ugly tactics and then they will submit to the demand of the people and collect the taxes and then the world will be a different place, sort of like world peace - lol no?
