Yes true, and I would say that around February to March would be a logical time to expect the court to render a decision. I am very optimistic about this case and wholeheartedly believe Marijuana will be re-scheduled. Judges aren't stupid. There is waaaaaayyyyy to much research evidence and proof that THC and CBD KILL CANCER!! That's a fact today proven by scientists. And for those of us who are lucky enough to afford the CBDs from Dixie know how powerful this medicine and its potential are. Just ask Babs for starters.
