If I had to speculate I'd say that Anderson and Bailey, acquired APK as a shell(or basically a shell) in late September with the intentions of either taking another Russian company public OR more likely they needed another shell because they had a FINRA problem with JAQ....or something along these lines. There had to have been a reason that the JAQ name change to Rafarma was taking so long so I believe they ran into some sort of issues.
Because all the paperwork in Russia was complete showing Optimal Health and JAQ merging they couldn't just switch to using APK so they essentially did a work around which included APK.
Whatever the case I think the filings will show that they have put another valuable Russian asset in APK, this asset will merge with JAQ and they will both become Rafarma Pharmaceuticals under a new ticker symbol.
Both JAQ and APK will end up with shares of Rafarma.
