Agria Corporation (GRO)

Im looking into this one. They have lost money since 2009 and the chinese stocks have generally been in a loosing streak since 2009, so it makes sence...sort of..

I found the newest form F-20. http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1413257/000114420412055361/v325256_20f.htm

Looks like they are running out of cash if they don't start to earn some money soon.

I checked the statistics of china. The sale of large tractors is rising quite significantly again - medium and small ones is not..but larger farms is probably the new normal here. Not horses and manuel plowing..

Farm product prices is dropping: http://www.china.org.cn/china/Off_the_Wire/2012-10/16/content_26807558.htm

- Foodprices are rising 4-5% YOY.

3 years in a downtrend has to end at some time or the companies go bust..

Conclusion?:

I have no F* idear. Normally I do, but...the small chinese companies are more difficult than their american counterparts.

Kind regards,
