Exactly! I want to know HOW & WHY the TIV's largest shareholder, Opus' largest investor member became TIV's COB during a time (decade?) a CONVICTED FELON was raising money for TIV! He KNEW EXACTLY what was going on as he was the HIGHEST RANKING OFFICER AT TIV and the CROOKED CEO's BOSS! Remember, Blystone groomed Gamble for one year before he gave him the reigns! Incest!! Now THIS is where us shareholders will get back the money these bums ripped us off!! These guys, Gamble & Beerooze, have very dep pockets!!!

"Gamble's actions and omissions in each of these roles provides significant basis for further investigation into possible challenges to the Gamble Parties' purported prepetition
liens and claims. For example, Gamble served as a member of the Tri-Valley Board during the time Tri-Valley and its Board members committed numerous breaches of fiduciary duty and of the Opus Partnership Agreement resulting in Tri-Valley agreeing
that Opus holds claims against Tri-Valley and/or its Board members in excess of $30 million. Gamble also served on the Board at the time when Behrooz Sarafraz, who was Tri-Valley's primary promoter of the sale of Opus Partnership interests, was making false and misleading representations to would-be investors to induce them to invest in Opus for which Sarafraz was paid over $11 million in improper finders fees, which were improperly charged to Opus, and of which Gamble was or should have been aware."
