Thanks for sharing. I wonder what Mr. Verners definition of a "legitimate shareholder" is. I thought all shareholders are "legitimate" ones! The money any shareholder has put into MDCE surely legitimizes their right to question the company in any way, shape or form. Does a shareholder that questions the people behind the curtain make them any less "legitimate"??? Sure seems that way in the eyes and mind of the author of that response. That's the added sad part to this company at this time. I suggest that all keep our very own Maytag repairman very busy with "legitimate" questions and see how well and quickly he fulfills his mandate here. We wouldn't want him to feel lonely and unappreciated, now would we??
