They don't have funding. If they did, over a billion shares wouldn't have been dumped in under 30 minutes just the other day.

IF WE HAVE A MERGER AND RELEASE OF CONTROL



If there was a merger, they would merge into an empty shell, and RS. Mrs Grable won't sell her patents for your benefit. The key patents belong to her, per the SEC filings. it would be no different than her throwing her residence into a buy-out, to benefit shareholders. Not gonna happen.

IMDS has barely any owned assets of value. Their recent SEC 10K shows this clearly.
