It sure is......especially considering I'm still licking my wounds from my 60% KMAG loss. Someone on this board several days back stated that they called COBI and asked about the chill and this person was told "yes we know about it, it was initiated in July, our attorneys have addressed it in writing and we believe it will be lifted by the end of Oct.".

If all this is true than good for us when it's announced since we are only talking a few more days.

My questions though:

Where was the announcement of the CHILL in July?

Why did this CHILL info just come up a week ago by TD Ameritrade and other brokerages don't honor it ??

Where is a published list from the DTCC showing current status of all chilled and frozen stocks ???

If this CHILL is correct info about COBI and many others, then this is not negotiable by brokerages electing to honor it or not honor it. The DTCC Clearing House will not allow funding of traded stocks during the chill right ????

No wonder so many say "do your own DD" as this pink sheet market is full of land mines for all of us.
