Many thanks to Ceeker and Airdale1 for their hard work in helping us all get to the bottom of this.
As for what business is actually conducted there, imo, it is likely for prototyping machinery as it is so close to Milestone, their confirmed machinery manufacturer.
I REALLY hope that someone meets with Jeff on Monday.
