That is true MMTC is working to build a better mouse trap or should I say a pathogen trap. That effort is a positive force in an industry which needs positive movement. The food industry needs a simple, inexpensive was to assure our safety. The current method seems like Russian Roulette, where we wait for sick people then try to fix it. The MIT 1000, 1500 and beyond will give the industry the tools it needs to keep things clean and our food safe. Being able to certify that no pathogens are present, on budget and in a timely manner is around the corner. Certs, sales, profits MMTC ROCKS!!!!!!!
