So, it may appear the Reachout Holdings(Shell?) previous name was Global Forensic Consultants Limited which Ms. Maks bio mentions at the quartermain website so..... Are the players with Global Forensics still involved with Reachout Holdings after name change? Was ReachOut Holdings "really" created by MDCE and Oceanwise or....hmmmmm.

Am quite intrested in hearing comments on these findings please!
