Quite a few since blank check companies doing 504's isn't legal anymore. Beverage companies put out product all the time since it's very easy to do. Distributors want new products, bottlers will create product and ship it out. Low asset business. You can become a beverage company yourself for next to nothing. With trillions of stock to sell, it just makes it easier. I know of a couple crappy pink stocks right now that are in 30,000 stores and they're still stinky pinky stocks. One's even in Duane Reade while BBDA's only got a vendor number and zero placement in them.
