I was never brought up rewarded for bad behavior ..if I had a bad grade, didn't do as I was asked to do, or didn't meet with my parents approval I was not rewarded..in fact imagine this..I was reprimanded for it.

Now why would I ever excuse someone else for bad management behavior? Call me old fashioned but it really is this simple, if your not doing what your suppose to do under the shareholders roof then why reward that bad behavior? The ceo hasn't met good,or descent managerial status . People may like the guy...thats just peachy...but CEO's don't maintain their jobs because they are nice guys and stay til 11pm writing out answers to what should be embarrassing Q's that shouldn't require answering if performance behavior was adequate. He is hired to work on behalf of the shareholder and create shareholder value.
