FRISCO, Texas, Oct 12, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- E-Mobile Information Technologies' (OTC Pink Sheets: EMTK) CHL Technologies, has signed a supplementary agreement with China.com Inc.

Through this agreement, CHL guarantees that the content it will provide to China.com Inc. will meet the legal and intellectual rights requirements of China. Additional contracts between CHL and China.com Inc. will be signed after the meeting of this legal requirement. The details of those contracts will be released accordingly.
