Don't think this rmakes much of a difference really. Why do you suppose APII/WAFR and it's biz partners are having such a difficult time convincing new investors to buy? Do you think it has any thing to with the fact that both NEEL and CWS were failed entities long before APII decided to buy them and execute this scam? maybe it has something to do with the excellent DD which has been provided? Do you think the Q-3 will be filed by 15 Nov? Do you think it will conatin evidence, not suggestions or projections but real contracts and profits? Dog
