Yes, delays happen, and everyone has different opinions, and time frames, and financial needs. That's why this is going up and down. For me it's happened twice where I sold a small part of my position to buy a "better" stock, and each time AAPT has shot back up, and my other great deal has just sat around, but not a third time. I am waiting out this. Have trust that these guys are working hard. I am sure that making money for share holders is not in the fore front of their minds, BUT making the company work, and making money for them in the long term is. This equals a win win , this = good.
