March 15,2003 was no doubt one of the main reasons that one chose not to appear and face the music, imo.

I was sent info from another board concerning info on Loch/Cdex.

What a shame, the above date made the case for the other side, lol. But, one had to have been there to know such info.

The SEC knows full well, how Loch and Cdex shareholders wanted the company to continue, but with "DIFFERENT LEADERSHIP", but then, one would have to have been there.
