I've delt with Cat Finance .... they specialize in financing new cat machines .....

why are they dealing with a small Isreli company in the organic waste business ?

+++ one thought is if some of the Millions approved by Cat Finanial is for the Purchase of some new machines

-- the strong gaurantee on the deal would be the JV partner
