Hope This Post Helps! Why would someone invest?
1. SMALL STATES PASSING LAWS - Easy
2. SPECULATIVE TRADING - bigger pay day!$!$!

I will give you 2 examples with companies we all know:
- Google TheyPassed a driverless robotic car in Nevada instead of CA, because its easier and less backlash or media coverage that could toss the voite in a more populate state.
-Apple Speculation of new market shares and growth before facts. Getting on Verizon.

EXAMPLE 1

Google & passing a law and doing it right in a small state vs a big state with a very unsafe product.

Google Inc has the idea of making a driverless robitic car that DRIVES ITSELF. [/b]Crazy right?

PROBLEM: It's illegal in all 50 states, so they need to pass it in at least one state in order to drive it legally on the roads. Google is based in California so why not propose the new law there? WRONG, they no better and the power of smaller states

ANSWER: Google went straight to NEVADA! A smaller state that makes it easer to pass laws like this under the radar instead of risking any negative backlash of robotic cars being unsafe and having voters coming out in droves to make it illegal (the sounds like cannabis no?). Google passed the law in NV without any problems it most certainly would have failed if proposed in CA

Check Out This Video of The Google Car with a blind man in the driver seat

EXAMPLE 2

Apple Inc & Speculative Tarding

APPLE INC $APPLE in 2003 this stock traded at $6 a share and in 2010 it was $250. WHY WOULD I BUY IF ITS SO HIGH? ITS ALWAYS ABOUT HAVING THE FORTITUDE / IDEAS / OF SOMETHING BIG CHANGING THE GAME FOR THEM. I bought at $251 it's currently trading at $600

SPECULATIVE TARDE: Apple's exclusive deal to only have the iPhone on AT&T was set to expire, they had previously in the past let it expire and renewed the contract. In 2011 this opportunity would come again. Would they renew or join another network (hoping it was verizon)? There was no contracts / just rumors / it has been renewed previously just as in this case California in 2010 voted against legalization of marijuana...

I traded this on speculation that Apple would finally make the jump and add more networks, this would vastly increase their growth / market share / profits for both the iPhone, but also their app store, visibility, iTunes etc.

So I got in at $251 in 2010, in 2011 the unknown leave from exclusive AT&T happened and verizon now has the iPhone. in 2011 it traded at $350 when the contract with verizon happened and in 2012 it trades at $600, 140%+ gains vs 70% if i waited until it passed

I hope you found this easy to understand, I know a lot of people's trading experience are at different levels, this is also a very rare opportunity so I wanted to make it simple by giving you a big name company and speculative trading situation.

GLTA!!!

sincerely Devan
