Why not?. 40 mil to schools is a good thing for the development of the next generation. A well educated America is a strong America. Do you think that marihuana is only going generate 40 million in tax revenue if its legalized. IMO much much more. There should be plenty to go around. Just what the USA needs to get the books balanced, get folks back to work and get this economy rolling again. The time is here and now. Lets hope people see the potential of this great opportunity and get it passed. It's funny how the President or Romney won't talk about it. Certainly might do them some good as it seems to be a hot topic right now but hey what do I know.
