GDSM has am extremely poor record of keeping its word. I suppose actually naming an attorney is something they said they'd do. Great, that was easy, but it is not the same as actually uplisting which will require audited financials. Good luck with that. And no, they are not a legitimate (mining) company.

Shall we go over the completely blown schedule proposed by GDSM earlier this year? Sampling in the Gold Star and Gold Crown areas? Mining by late summer? What happened to all that? What about the stockholder meeting in Prescott? Nope.

No transparency, very few promises kept.
