I just finished reading the motions filed in Court dated 10/23/12. There are additional shareholders filing. This thing is not over. DJ has clearly under estimated the resolve of some of his investors; to whom I owe a debt of gratitude too. Given the transparency of todays buisness, monkey buisness has no cover. The only thing missing in the filings is DJ's confession. No judge could possibly allow his games to continue. What a total disregard and lack of respect for the system and shareholders; the very ones who allowed him his credibility and good fortune. I just hope the vendictive worm hasn't sabotaged the DVIS.
