It doesn't matter where the tox studies are done so long as they meet FDA standards, but my understanding is the tox studies will be done here and they will be acceptable where ever they are sbmitted.

Moreover, so long as the human trials are performed to FDA standards and the protocol meets FDA guidelines, all outcomes and data will be acceptable to the FDA. The FDA simply put wants more of the same and not necessarily different.
