I'm still a firm believer that the USA elections have a lot to do with the information A-power releases about the Texas Wind Farm.. After it's the election is over it won't matter either way. So news should start appearing about it.

It's Still hot political topic - China / Wind Turbine Manfacturers / Plus with all of Obama's Horrible Clean energy Solar Investments with tax payers money he's got to keep us on the down low for now..

Should be a interesting month of November for us, I hope.

Nov 6th - USA Election (Obama or Captain BS)
Nov 8th - APower Court Date (Dismissal or Jury Trial)
Nov 15th - Congress back in Session (Wind Tax Vote)

(Congress Should be Passing some version of the Wind Energy Tax Credit before years end no matter who is victor in election. My guess it will happen sooner than later)

All three events should be huge news for our little company..

Shorts dropped another 6% - Chart starting to bend up again..
