Lots of scams are switching to Wyoming:

1. Anonymity - you don't have to disclose anything
2. Unlimited shares - you don't need to specify amounts
3. Laws that allow public solicitation of shares
4. Costs are cheaper

I'm sure there's other benefits. It's more flexible than Nevada and Delaware.
