RJ, I agree. It is a crap shoot as to what is really going on at HQ. I do know that my spidy senses are screaming that something unusual is being contemplated. Share restructure, liquidation...something outside of normal business activity is in the works IMHO. I could be completely off base, but the silence is making me very nervous. I am also thinking that whatever comes out of this will not be good for us long suffering shareholders.
If I had to hazard a guess with a pessimist view, the attorney does not want anything released that could be construed as being a positive indicator. The idea is to ward off any arguments that shareholders have acted in reliance and invested in FASC based on direct communication from the Company. Furthermore, it suppresses the stock price. Why would Brian take this approach? I will reserve further comment.
