..is that the PROS(I prefer to call them SCUM, but I'll use your term hehe) shorted the Pump and Dump of Sept 21 and then almost immediately covered (on the dump). They were probably hoping to pump it even higher, but MAXIM was selling into their Pump - haha.
So, the PROS think ampligen will be approved, are accumulating long shares for a big ol' post approval pump and dump.
