Basketball, use common sense. You said yesterday that the trial could get thrown out (which it wouldnt, since when the judge ruled in favor of VRNG on MSJ, he even said there were genuine issues of material fact.) You also said the jurors "could take weeks to come to a verdict" which is WAYYYYY off for a civil suit. You dont know much about patent trials do you? And by your claims of 2.80 from two days ago and 3.10 from yesterday, apparently not stocks either.

GOOG is presenting their side now (which has far less exhibits to go over) and they are expected to rest their side by friday (perhaps monday at the latest. We will have an answer to this trial by next week wednesday, and shorts are NOT staying short knowing a verdict is coming.
