For those who care, i sent val a pretty scathing e-mail addressing many points, etc. His written response, for those still yelling scam. etc.:
I am back at the store, first of all as I stated the DTC does not contact or provide companies about chills they impose them then you find out why by requesting what it is they need. I have no idea if 504s or converted notes or any idea why this chill was placed, we do not even have confirmation from DTC that there is a chill. I sent a letter of request and i am waiting on a response.
OK now pads and phones. as you know i am using the prototype phone now. We are waiting on the manufacturer to complete the upgrades we submitted and they are in process of such along with their own additions. The manufacturer has had some delays. these are not phones you can just buy with our logo put on them they are made for us and the manufacturer line which we are fortunate enough to have received the territory they gave us. these products will rival anything on the market today.
Broadband testing? equipment is here and hooked up. i am still waiting on approval from the residential hoa to put the antenna on the roof for drive testind, approx 60' up in the air. When i first spoke with them, they said yes no problem, then when i was ready, different story, i had to submit a formal request and promise that it may lead to rental income for them. so i am awiting approval which should be soon. equipment works very good so far.
The store is almost ready.i had a problem with the city to place a little counter wall. they said just submit a drawing wuth all measurments and submit for approval,rthen they changed the story of i need a general contractor and engineered drawings etc.. so now i making the wall sales counter into a cabinet that can move around as to not be "fixed" then I will call for final inspection hopefully finished next week.
cards are going out, slowly but going out- we cannot get airtime with all the election bs going on all tv spots are sold out, so we hae to wait.and google tv ads is cancelling the program DEC 16, so we will have to go through normal ad purchasing and that will be expensive, SO we will have to be selective in markets through cable company programs.
i say everything is fine but i actually mean everything besides cash in the bank is great and that bank thing will be changing soon.
