An Opinion letter from a lawyer... lol...lawyers, especially those who write opinion letters for pink sheet stocks, are the lowlifes of society, just belows the snakes... Ask the cmkx shareholders...lol Opinion letters don't mean squat, especially regarding this pos.

I have reviewed the Quarterly Report for the period ended June 30,2012 and posted on the OTC Pink Sheets on September 13, 2012, and it is my opinion that said document is accurate,
up to date and contains the most current information available on the Issuer

So what...Is this something that we didn't already know... The filing already shows that W2 is buried in debt, has no money, no prospects, no product, and it's management is unbeleivably incompetent

So what do u need an opinion letter for? Read the filings...
and what about that bogus certification they said was coming?

As usual, it sounded good in the PR, but months later, no followup... Typically W2
