well that is absolute nonsense. unless the company can produce a " no action" letter, they can not make the claim that the investigation is over.

public information disclosures? wtf is that. that means nothing. this companyhas no clue what they are talking about or they hope the shareholders are morons. never have a seen such a blatant attempt to manipulate information.

and now trades on the over-the-counter bulletin board under the trading symbol SMNG.

these people are just total scumbags. this is not an otcbb stock. it is an otc markets stock which trades on the grey market.
