I think there's not a snow balls chance in hell they'll reach a negotiated settlement in 6 months.
And, given the facts, I think there's not a snow balls chance in hell that Bolivia will win the argument in arbitration.
That leaves an issue in the uncertainty of the utility of an arbitration award.
SOHAF is still debt free, trading for not much more than they have in cash per share... and, they own a pretty decent copper prospect, that's not in Bolivia, that is worth more than we're seeing in the share price now...
Anyone want to guess at what the "fair market value" of the Malku Khota project is on a per share basis ?
