They didn't touch on the news release in the last CC. obviously because it wasn't out yet.

One thing that did catch my attention, was a mentioned company policy...I'm going to paraphrase this but sill try and be as accurate as possible...something was stated to the effect that If a possible IPO spin-off on any company they bring under the RNDR umbrella or already under. RNDR would get 19% of whatever that spin-off was, half of which would go to shareholders in a dividend payout.


For obvious reasons did say that they will or will not take any company public but if I were them I would :) and why have the company policy if your not planning on it. Kind of something for people to form their own opinion about I guess.
