Yes they have been trying to complete a MERGER with a partner for 18 months or so!! I bet now that the company is not worth $20,000,000 like it was 18 months ago, it looks alot more doable!!!!

Oh and did you know that Nick Bruscatore started a new vertical farming company that just got a Government contract in Ontario to build vertical farms!! Wow!! I know alot about this company eh!!! not just some mindless pumping fool like you see here most of the time!!! Guess that is why I now own 4,99% of ths company and it cost me NOTHING!!!
