I am happily a Scottrade investor now.
Dear Mr. XXXXX,
I have checked, and it appears that MJNA was removed from the DTC Chill. It is no longer showing as having a DTC Chill. I do not believe there is any malicious intent; I think it is just that when you called the DTC about this they had removed the Chill and we had not gotten the notification yet. Once we did, we removed the DTC Chill designation also. It is now free to trade. Thank you for contacting TD Ameritrade and allowing me to assist you. I really appreciate your business.
If you need any further assistance with the DTC Chill designation or anything else, please do not hesitate let me know by Message Center.
Sincerely,
Client Services, TD Ameritrade
