There is no budget for branding/advertising because that came from the sales of discount shares.
The fact that WNBD quit selling discount shares had more to do with the bloated float and share price being a couple of ticks away from no bid than anything.
Pretty hard to convince funders to buy discount stock so close to no bid with zero relevant market liquidity and declining sales k.
Those are my observations on how to interpret the current state of affairs...others are welcome to see things differently glty
