Stop Sign Gone...So Why the Selloff?

I don't get it. The day the company goes current information on pinks, and it sells off? Anyone come up with reasons why? I spoke to the IR guys, and they seem like they have a great story to tell...

True small companies don't often make it, but apparently this one has some great properties...and it doesn't seem to be a pump and dump like say Santo...

Any ideas? Anyone?
