It isn't a negative spin by investors causing the PPS flatline, but just a lack of a positive world economic outlook. Add to this the current USA Presidential campaign cloud and EU difficulties, it is a wonder that NBRI is holding up so well. When momentum is lost as it has been in NBRI since Sept 2011, it is hard to recover. I hope CEO Leopold recognizes that only the successful recovery of Gold from either Fraser or Ruby mines will momentum return ! RESULTS rewards !!!!
