from a technical analysis perspective it is actually MORE bullish for a stock to trend up slowly as we are doing now in IRCE

everyone wants a penny stock to blast to .10 cents in one day but then all the energy gets blown out in one day

these types of slow building up moves create a SUSTAINABLE huge run !!!!
