If Fairhills got millions of shares as part of the negotiations, it would be illogical for them to dump these shares at such a low price.

With that many shares, I would manipulate the PPS by manipulating the bid side like WDCO does and pushing the ask up at a much higher PPS, then I would dump it.

They did it once before and gained the pumpers $100,000,000.00.

If Fairhills is dumping as you say in dilution, they need to learn the game again.

I'll hold and wait and see as the next PR will be soon. VLNX has so many new avenues to promote their company and developments.
