AONE Delisting questions

I am new in this type of situations and I have some concerns regarding the pratical implications of the delisting:

1.- I assume that delisting is always bad news, but just regarding the possible bid price war it wouldn't have a vital impact, would it?

2.- What happens to the common shares if AONE shares are delisted from Nasdaq and are not transferred to OTC or Pink trading? Do shareholders keep any right if an interesting offer is made by Wanxiang or another company? Which are the real probabilities for any MM to not to quote Company's common stock on the OTC BB or the PINK?

3.- If shares are delisted (Nasdaq AND OTC/Pink), is Wanxiang losing its 25% ownership? How could they recover that power? How should the common shareholders with a much lower amount of share act?

Finally, what's the most suitable decision we can make right now? Hold and wait if news regarding a real bid is made? Sell, move on and forget about AONE?

I know that these are too many questions but, this is a situation I've never known before.

Thanks in advance and good luck to all!!
