BTW, Val avoided the R/S question like crazy when I spoke to him. He went absolutely silent....LMAO. He has clearly painted himself into a corner and now "The R/S is certainly and option". He knew it was a option from the second he increased that A/S amount. He knew that he never get a loan, and probably got back on the chill list to have an excuse to do an R/S.
