They may still be creditors. They may not have been paid in full yet.

You have any FACTS to the contrary?

"Telogis bought the assets they wanted from Remote Dynamic Inc.'s creditors"

The creditors may still be invested in Telogis now. Maybe they rolled.
Some may have opted out and took their cash and some may have stayed in.
In any event, RMTD would be or will be flush with cash. What they do with it, is anyone's guess. They could take that cash and launch us into a whole different sector. But I am thinking they are all a part of the " lenders group" referenced in the docs I have read.
Or they could just pay us out if T is planning on staying private.
Many different ways it can go. Bottom line, what they bought was worth waaaaaay more than the company's debt and HUTC which brought a sale price of 612 million bucks had way more debt than we had.

How come no one foreclosed on them, eh?

Might I suggest you comb the sec files on that deal?

'Cause this is telecommunications with much over site in a rapidly expanding sector and when you've got the product and the patents, you can always rustle up the cash. Rmtd's goal was to expand, gain market share. They did that, and VC's backed them and accepted COMMON SHARES for payments owed. Why? 'Cause we had the product and the patents and MORE!

Hey, if you go into the sec files on the HUTC/Verizon deal, you will learn what their VC's did. :)

GO RMTD

What transpired here will become public info at some point in time
and most of us invested here plan to sit it out and wait.

Holding for profits here.
