I have a question about this company?

If this company is working on depression, ALS, and stem cord repair,,,,and are making progress,,and its patents are worth alot of money,,,and Big Pharma has a good possibility of helping this company out with a partnership or buyout,,and these drugs can help so many people out and help them live better lifes,,why isn't this stock alot higher???? It makes no sense to me. Please help me out. Thanks.
